The Learning Awards 2024

In 2024,  the programme was shortlisted in the coveted The Learning Awards ‘People Development Programme (Private Sector)’ alongside fine company category finalists: Jaguar Land Rover, AstraZeneca, Dell Technologies, Lloyds Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. To celebrate, a number of programme graduates who had excelled by achieving a Pass with Distinction were selected to attend the award ceremony on 22^nd February 2024. “The award ceremony was a lovely celebratory evening at the luxury Grosvenor Hotel London hosted by the irrepressibly witty Claudia Winkleman. The LPI’s (Learning and Performance Institute) Learning Awards are globally renowned and respected champions of workplace learning. Being a finalist, and in such impressive company, was great validation for the Business Mastery programme” Gillian reflected.
